MySQL Macedonia Community Meetup #2

The MySQL community in Skopje is coming together again for the MySQL Macedonia Community Meetup #2. This meetup will feature two practical sessions for developers and DBAs:

1. MySQL Indexes for Real World Applications — Perica Jakimov
   Learn how InnoDB indexes work, how the optimizer makes decisions, and how to design indexes that improve query performance. The session will cover composite indexes, covering indexes, query plans, and common indexing mistakes.
2. Monitoring Your MySQL Server’s Health Trends — Igor Donchovski
   Learn how to identify performance and reliability issues before they become problems by tracking key metrics such as full table scans, unused indexes, temporary table usage, lock waits, redo log capacity, and buffer pool efficiency.
   
   After the talks, attendees are invited to join for pizza, drinks, and networking. Attendance is free, so bring your colleagues and friends.
