Attendee Registration Hours
Attendees, regardless of pre-registered or registering onsite, may come to the Bayshore Foyer on the main level of the Doubletree Hotel San Jose to pick up their badges and conference materials, and/or to register and pay for the conference during the hours below:

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, you must notify us via FAX (#206) 770-6566 days prior to the event for a refund less $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing authorization.
